Nothing is quite as comforting as “home sweet home”.  But, there are times when elders may need a little help. Our homemaker services can provide help with light housework.

Who receives homemaker services?

Qualified candidates must:

  • Be 60 and older.
  • Live in Terrebonne Parish.
  • Be pre-qualified using the Governor’s Office of Elderly Affairs’ assessment tool.

Priority will be given to older persons with the greatest economic and/or social need, with particular attention to low-income minority and Native American individuals.
